1. The Meat

All our produce is fresh, certified organic or wild-caught, with no substitute for the best supply possible. Our Beef: We begin with Certified Organic 100% grass fed and grass finished premium quality cuts.


2. The Preparation
The meat is hand trimmed and sliced to ensure consistency and quality.


3. The Herbs and Marinade
Our meat is then naturally marinated and seasoned with organic herbs and spices for a genuine jerky taste. Nothing artificial here!


4. The Drying
Using a traditional smokehouse drying process, that locks in goodness and natural flavour. A proven method that takes great skill and effort, creates what we believe to be best possible jerky available.


5. The Packaging
After the drying process is completed the jerky is weighed into BPA free 'lock-seal' packs and vacuum sealed for absolute freshness.
